I. Description of the Matter

The Kim Au Association for Economic Development hereby gives notice regarding the "Call for Papers for the Association's Journal 'Kim Au Economic Review'" as follows; relevant members and organizations are kindly requested to take note. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows; members, experts, institutional members and partner organizations are requested to take note and to cooperate in completing the procedures within the prescribed period as required. This notice is issued in accordance with the "Charter of the Kim Au Association for Economic Development" and related working regulations.

II. Scope and Applicable Parties

This matter applies to the Association's members, experts, institutional members and relevant partner organizations; each party concerned is asked to compare against its own situation and confirm whether it falls within the applicable parties and scope of this notice.

III. Specific Arrangements

• Submissions must be original and previously unpublished, conform to academic standards, generally have a main text of no fewer than 6,000 words, and include abstracts and keywords in both Chinese and Vietnamese;
• After formal review and peer evaluation, the best submissions will be published on a selective basis, and authors will receive a written reply whether or not their work is accepted;
• Submissions and inquiries should be sent to the email of the Association's Secretariatcontact@kimau.net; the submission deadline and issue date shall be as stated in the announcement.

V. Procedures and Deadline

Unless otherwise specified, relevant parties are asked, within thirty days from the date of issuance of this notice, to submit through the email of the Association's Secretariatcontact@kimau.netmaterials or complete the procedures; if the materials are incomplete or fail to meet the requirements, the Association will give one-time notice for correction, and those who fail to complete the procedures by the deadline or do not meet the conditions will be handled in accordance with the Association's relevant regulations. Specific matters may also be inquired about through this email.

VI. Other Notes

This notice takes effect from the date of issuance; any adjustments will be notified separately and the latest release shall prevail; the relevant content is registered and archived in accordance with regulations and may be verified by reference number in the Association's query system. The final interpretation rests with the Association's Secretariat in accordance with the Charter and related regulations.
