I. Description of the Matter

The Kim Au Association for Economic Development hereby issues this "Announcement on the Nomination and Selection for the Seventh Kim Au Economic Award". The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows; members, experts, institutional members and partner organizations are requested to take note and to cooperate in completing the procedures within the prescribed period as required. This announcement is issued in accordance with the "Charter of the Kim Au Association for Economic Development" and related working regulations.

II. Scope and Applicable Parties

This matter is directed at the Association's relevant members, experts and institutions; where it involves specific rights, obligations and procedural requirements, the content set out herein shall prevail, and any questions may be confirmed with the Association's Secretariat.

III. Main Content

• The Kim Au Economic Award is selected and conferred by the Association,self-nomination by individuals is not accepted; entries for consideration are nominated and recommended by the Expert Committee, the Association's Fellows and Senior Members, institutional members and partner academic institutions;
• The categories, nomination eligibility and recommendation requirements for this selection are determined by that year's selection plan, with research quality and academic contribution as the sole criteria;
• The materials, channels and deadlines for nomination and recommendation are carried out according to the plan, and after a formal review they proceed to independent evaluation;
• The evaluation is produced through formal review, independent preliminary assessment, cross re-assessment and collective final review; the results are publicly disclosed in accordance with regulations, and objections and appeals are accepted during the disclosure period.

IV. Procedures and Deadline

Unless otherwise specified, relevant parties are asked, within thirty days from the date of issuance of this announcement, to submit through the email of the Association's Secretariatcontact@kimau.netmaterials or complete the procedures; if the materials are incomplete or fail to meet the requirements, the Association will give one-time notice for correction, and those who fail to complete the procedures by the deadline or do not meet the conditions will be handled in accordance with the Association's relevant regulations. Specific matters may also be inquired about through this email.

V. Other Notes

This announcement takes effect from the date of issuance; any adjustments will be notified separately and the latest release shall prevail; the relevant content is registered and archived in accordance with regulations and may be verified by reference number in the Association's query system. The final interpretation rests with the Association's Secretariat in accordance with the Charter and related regulations.
