Hội đề nghị chuyên gia đang tham gia hoặc dự kiến tham gia hoạt động thẩm định cập nhật thông tin nhằm bảo đảm việc phân công hồ sơ phù hợp và độc lập.
Đối tượng và phạm vi
Thông báo áp dụng đối với chuyên gia của các hội đồng, nhóm bình duyệt và tổ tư vấn thuộc phạm vi hoạt động của Hội.
Nội dung cần chuẩn bị
- Lĩnh vực chuyên môn và phạm vi hồ sơ có thể tham gia.
- Quan hệ nghề nghiệp, tài chính hoặc hợp tác có thể tạo xung đột lợi ích.
- Xác nhận nghĩa vụ bảo mật và quy tắc sử dụng tài liệu chưa công bố.

Notice on Updating Expert Confidentiality and Conflict-of-Interest Declarations
The Association asks experts participating or expected to participate in review activities to update their information so that assignments remain appropriate and independent.
Eligible participants and scope
This notice applies to experts serving on panels, peer-review groups, and advisory teams within the Association's activities.
Materials to prepare
- Areas of expertise and the types of submission that may be reviewed.
- Professional, financial, or collaborative relationships that may create a conflict.
- Confirmation of confidentiality duties and rules for unpublished materials.
