Hội thực hiện rà soát định kỳ thông tin hội viên và hồ sơ chuyên gia được phép công khai trên website nhằm bảo đảm dữ liệu chính xác, cần thiết và có sự đồng ý phù hợp.
Đối tượng và phạm vi
Hội viên và chuyên gia có hồ sơ trong hệ thống hoặc cần đề nghị điều chỉnh phạm vi công khai có thể gửi cập nhật.
Nội dung cần chuẩn bị
- Họ tên, chức danh, đơn vị và lĩnh vực chuyên môn hiện tại.
- Nội dung được đồng ý công khai và nội dung đề nghị ẩn hoặc sửa.
- Kênh liên hệ dùng cho trao đổi nghiệp vụ; không gửi dữ liệu nhạy cảm không cần thiết.

The Association is conducting a periodic review of member information and expert profiles authorized for publication on the website to ensure accuracy, necessity, and appropriate consent.
Eligible participants and scope
Members and experts with existing records, or those requesting changes to public visibility, may submit updates.
Materials to prepare
- Current name, title, affiliation, and area of expertise.
- Information authorized for publication and items to be hidden or corrected.
- A professional contact channel; unnecessary sensitive data should not be submitted.
